Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In addition, we refund or replace only items damaged in shipping.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, (i) your item must be unused, (ii) your item must be in the originally sealed plastic wrap, (iii) your item must show obvious damage sustained during shipping, (iv) you must be in possession of a proof of purchase, (v) and you must receive anauthorization code(known as “Code”) from us.If all other conditions are met and you only need aCode, please contact us at email@example.com.
You are not eligible for a refund if you didn’t receive a Code.Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are not eligible for an exchange if you didn’t receive a Code. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.If you are approved, then we will exchange it for the same item.
You will receive detailed shipping instructions with your Code.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items over $50 or €50 or £50 or CHF 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We decline all responsibilities if the item is not delivered to us.
